In August, Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) released their annual Greatest Companies To Work For list, highlighting companies in the promotional product industry that are dedicated to nurturing a supportive, healthy work environment. This list includes a whopping 106 distributors, suppliers, and business services, including Facilisgroup which has made the list an impressive four times in a row since 2021.
In order to make the list, a company must be nominated by an employee to compete. They then send in a roster of employees who will then receive an email to complete a questionnaire asking them to rank their employers on a variety of topics. The survey results were tabulated to the same standards as prior years. On average, the employees from the winning companies either agreed or strongly agreed with the positive statements about their workplaces.
