2025 Facilisgroup PAC Meeting Updates

The Partner Advisory Committee (PAC) serves as a vital voice for our partner community, providing strategic guidance, feedback, and collaboration with Facilisgroup leadership. The PAC is composed of respected leaders from across our network who represent a voice for the future of our programs, technology, and partner success.

We are proud to recognize the current nine PAC members: Tim O’Neill, Rick Lederman, Wendy Ferber, Matthew Lamb, Craig Kornblum, Amanda Clay, Sam Riden, Jamie McCabe, and Joe Brown. 

We extend our sincere thanks to Mike Battershell for his valuable service and contributions during his time on the PAC. His leadership and insights have been instrumental in advancing our shared goals. We also warmly welcome Joe Brown to the PAC and look forward to the fresh perspective he brings to the group.

PAC Meeting – July 16, 2025 (New Orleans) 

The PAC convened in person in New Orleans for a productive session focused on key initiatives, technology updates, and community engagement. The meeting featured collaborative discussions between PAC members and Facilisgroup leadership. 

Meeting Highlights 

• Summit Feedback: Emphasis on distributor-led content and a proposal to reinstate the New Partner Welcome event. 
• Technology & ePOs: Training and incentives for CSR adoption, with a long-term goal of exclusive ePO usage. 
• Outlook Integration: Preview of email connection features and feedback from PAC members. 
• Inventory System: Discovery phase underway to evaluate internal vs. external solutions. 
• Data Project: Roadmap review and requests for Syncore index, pipeline reporting, and supplier gain/loss insights. 
• Supplier Relations: Updates on tariffs and new supplier onboarding
