Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group’s Client Day Showcases New Trends in Promo

Earlier this month, on June 4, Oklahoma-based distributor Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group hosted their annual Client Day event, bringing the energy of other industry tradeshows to their clients. The event was a way of thanking their clients for trusting EJPPG as their promo product and apparel partner. Client Day also supports EJPPG’s supplier partners, giving them a platform to promote their latest product offerings.

“We love how much our clients love Client Day,” said Mikhael Reed, Senior Internal Branding Consultant and Marketing Manager. “We have clients that travel from out of state to attend and some of our clients even plan their meetings/events around our date every year so their team can all come. Over the years, the event has really grown."

This year’s theme was “Under The Sea” which included nautical-themed decorations and eco-inspired items filled in each swag bag. The festivities began the night before with a welcome dinner for all the participating supplier partners. This was a chance for them to network with one another before the day of the event.

Client Day officially kicked off with guest speakers Marty and Jeremy Lott, SanMar Founder and CEO respectively, discussing how SanMar got started, what it is like to work together as father and son, and their thoughts on the future of apparel in our industry.

"In his 53-year career, my father, Marty, visited customers in every state but one," said Jeremy Lott. "And if the cheese fries were not reason enough, the invitation to visit EJPPG was the perfect opportunity to visit Oklahoma and complete all 50 States. While visiting 50 states was an important reason to go, spending time with Stan and the team at EJPPG was fantastic."   

From there, attendees had the opportunity to explore the tradeshow floor. After the tradeshow, attendees got the chance to let loose at the afterparty hosted at Eskimo Joe's.

“Our clients are always looking to see what is trending in our industry and our supplier partners do a great job at showcasing the latest and greatest promotional products and apparel at our event,” said Reed.

Although they couldn’t give too much away, EJPPG already has next year’s Client Day on the books for June 3, 2025. “Our team has already started working on theme ideas and we are hoping to get our guest speaker secured soon,” Reed said. “They can expect another day of lots of fun for sure!”
