Facilisgroup Launches Successful In-Person ThreeSixty Course in Canada

Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, recently launched an in-person version of their popular  ThreeSixty course in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Part of Facilisgroup’s educational suite, Amplifi, ThreeSixty is traditionally held virtually. This beta course aimed to gauge community interest and optimize programming for their Canadian Distributor Partners. The three-day event was hosted by Facilisgroup’s Preferred Supplier, PCNA, at their headquarters from June 18-20, 2024.  

Facilitated by Amplifi’s Professional Development Manager, Claire Lavoy, and Facilisgroup’s Director of Partner Success, Kevin Schnepp, the course brought together a diverse group of sales representatives to learn and collaborate.  

“It was great to see a group of reps from different companies come together and collaborate to grow,” said Lavoy. “I saw reps leave the three-day event feeling more confident in their roles, feeling better equipped to prospect and grow their books of business to take their sales to the next level. I'm excited to keep working with these amazing sales reps and cheer them on as they reach their goals!”  

The program's curriculum featured coursework and group learning exercises on essential sales techniques and strategies, including:  

  • The Power of NO 
  • Proactive Selling Techniques and Growth Tracking 
  • Supplier Partnerships 
  • Tips and Tricks for Facilisgroup’s All-In-One Cloud-Based Software Solution, Syncore 

Participants also enjoyed team outings and dinners—one at a bowling alley and another at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club. Facilisgroup President Chris Lee delivered an inspiring presentation, offering words of wisdom to students on how to reach their goals by leveraging Facilisgroup's solutions to navigate opportunities in the promo industry. Additionally, attendees were given a tour of PCNA’s decoration facility with PCNA’s Regional Vice President of Sales, Bill Peterson, providing insights on building relationships.  

Director of Partner Success Kevin Schnepp emphasized the value of in-person events, stating, "In-person events add so much value to our community. I love having different opportunities for partners to connect, strategize, and grow together. With the support of our amazing Preferred Supplier PCNA, they learned many different tips and tricks to thrive in their roles. The reps are continuing to share the impact the course had on them, and it's paying off in their day-to-day habits with the different changes they are implementing. We can't wait to see what this group of sales reps will accomplish!" 

The ThreeSixty course is an interactive learning program designed for sales reps to learn advanced sales strategies and tactics, pushing them to reach their highest potential in only three months.  

ThreeSixty student Becca Rupert of McCabe Promotional Advertising shared her experience. "The ThreeSixty course has given me a fresh look at sales from a different perspective. The in-person event was great because it allowed me the chance to connect with individuals within the same industry and discuss our challenges with prospecting and our current clientele within our book of business. I found it great to be able to bounce ideas off each other and work through scenarios. What I personally loved the most was getting out of my comfort zone. I have a new confidence in my ability to achieve more and get more out of my day-to-day life." 

ThreeSixty students were recognized and celebrated at a virtual graduation on July 31.
