Koozie Group and IMAGEN Brands Combine Under One Brand Umbrella

Clearwater, FL supplier Koozie Group announced it will fully integrate IMAGEN Brands’ operation under one brand. Koozie Group acquired its sister company in December 2020 and operated as standalone businesses. By January 2024, IMAGEN Brands will fully combine under the Koozie Group fold.

"This integration will bring our customers a thoughtful assortment of best brands and products all in one place," said Koozie Group CEO Pierre Montaubin in a press release. "We will combine our sales and servicing teams, which allows us to increase our support coverage, provide easier order management via the Koozie Group Tracker, and deliver faster lead times, improved flexibility, and additional value-added services. After three years of working together, this seemed like the right time to align common and best practices from across our sites and functions to deliver impactful products and best-in-class service to our distributor partners."

The change will be noticeable to distributors beginning on January 1, 2024. Until then, the combined Koozie Group teams will guide distributors through changes and answer questions they might have. Koozie Group also said distributors can expect a "slow transition" into a single ordering process and website, which is slated for the end of the first fiscal quarter of 2024.

"Many of our back-of-house teams were already supporting both Koozie Group and IMAGEN Brands, and have been working hand-in-hand since 2020," said Koozie Group chief revenue officer Melissa Ralston. "We're excited to be able to leverage the strengths of both companies to provide increased coverage and enhanced tools to help our customers grow their business. We'll be here to help customers through the transition, and know they'll be encouraged by the new benefits we are now able to offer."
