In order to reach your goal of selling your first million dollars in sales, you must first know how much opportunity you have within your accounts. That’s where business reviews come in.  Some of the best in our business are accustomed to holding quarterly reviews with their top strategic accounts that have the most opportunity for growth. Not all of your clients need to have business reviews set up. It’s all about quality not quantity when it comes to conducting these meetings.  

During these reviews, you have an amazing opportunity to check in on your clients and help identify their other promotional product needs, personal and professional pain points, as well as potential buyers they can introduce you to. This is also the time to make sure you are on the same page in your business relationship.  

You’ll identify opportunities you never knew were out there. Plus, it’ll show your clients that you care about their success. After your business reviews, set concrete follow-up items based on the information you find. This new insight won’t mean anything if you can’t put it into action.
