Facilisgroup hosted its latest Partner Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting on October 8 at its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. The PAC continues to serve as a vital voice for the partner community, providing insight and feedback that guide Facilisgroup’s ongoing innovation and commitment to partner success.

This full-day session followed July’s meeting in New Orleans, where four new PAC sub-committees were formed to deepen engagement and collaboration across key areas of the business. In St. Louis, members and Facilisgroup leaders reconvened to review progress, set goals, and explore opportunities for improvement within the community. These discussions focused on long-term ideas and enhancements rather than immediate rollouts, reflecting the PAC’s role in shaping strategic direction.

Each sub-committee shared thoughtful updates from its area of focus. The Programs group, led by Sam Riden, Rick Lederman, and Kyle Fraser, evaluated the effectiveness of current initiatives and prepared communication plans to highlight their impact. The TSC Stores team, including Wendy Ferber, Tim O’Neill, Joe Brown, Michele Dando, Samantha Ross, and members of the Product Team, finalized recommendations to strengthen store performance and address technology needs.

The TASA committee, chaired by Amanda Clay, Craig Kornblum, Matthew Lamb, Kevin Schnepp, Kathy Thimsen, and Jim Manno, focused on enhancing the overall awards experience, streamlining logistics, improving communication, and expanding recognition within the Achievers Club. Meanwhile, the Partner Success sub-committee, represented by Craig Kornblum, Tim O’Neill, Amanda Clay, and Sam Ross, examined partner engagement and satisfaction, identifying ways to expand peer learning and strengthen community connections.

From a strategic standpoint, the meeting addressed key initiatives shaping Facilisgroup’s technology and product roadmap. Updates to Syncore centered on automating order processing, improving integration with e-commerce and inventory platforms, and positioning Syncore as the central hub for product information and batch order management. The TSC platform continues to evolve with expanded product selection, improved catalog messaging, and plans for client-facing tools such as order history, approvals, and payments.

The group also reviewed Facilisgroup’s 2026 Technology and Product Roadmap, which includes system-wide modernization, API expansion, and continued investment in AI capabilities and SOC 2 certification. Members received a preview of the upcoming Fall Release, featuring new tools like the Decoration Cost Manager, customizable AR statements, and Outlook Email Sync, with training and rollout scheduled through October and November.

The meeting concluded with updates on Project Looking Glass, the initiative behind the development of the Facilis Data Cloud. Built on Snowflake architecture, this new data platform will provide flexible analytics, advanced reporting, and benchmarking capabilities that empower partners with deeper visibility into performance and community insights.

As Craig Kornblum noted, “It’s hard not to leave that room extremely excited and inspired for what’s to come.” Fellow PAC member Wendy Ferber echoed that sentiment, adding, “Being part of the PAC has been such a wonderful experience—it’s inspiring to see how much the organization has grown and improved.”

Their words capture the spirit of collaboration that defines the PAC’s work. Together, the committee and Facilisgroup leadership continue to drive progress through innovation, insight, and community, keeping everything in sync for the road ahead.
